Contact Charlotte and Doug  Armstrong
Puerto Vallarta

Whatever stage you are at, there is no wrong question and no obligation attached to asking one.

Most people who get in touch are a year or more away from doing anything, which is the normal way round and the right time to start a conversation.

The quickest way contact Doug Armstrong about Puerto Vallarta
is to ring

(204) 955-5080
WhatsApp or cell.

It is a Canadian number. Doug keeps one on purpose, because most people would rather ring a Canadian number than an international one. WhatsApp works too, and it is how most things get done on this bay. If you are already in Mexico or you are messaging from abroad, that is the easiest route.

When you are ready, contact Charlotte and Doug Armstrong about Puerto Vallarta.

If you are ready to start looking

Three things make a real conversation possible, and Doug can set you up with a live search once you have them:

  • A price range. Working this out is part of the conversation rather than something you need settled before it.

  • The area, or the two or three you have narrowed down to.

  • What kind of place. A condo, a townhouse, a house.

With those, you see what is actually on the market as it comes up rather than whatever a public site happens to be showing.

And this is where the figures come from. There are no prices anywhere on this site, on purpose, because the bay is not one market and anything printed here would be out of date before you read it. Ask Doug and you will get current ones for the specific areas you are considering, with the reasoning attached.

If you just have a question about one place

Ask it. That is most of what people get in touch about and it is the part Charlotte and Doug enjoy.

Whether a particular street is noisy. Whether a building takes dogs. How long the airport run really takes from somewhere in February. What a place is like in September. Whether an area nobody has written up yet is worth a look.

You do not need to be ready to buy anything to ask.

Who answers what

Doug is AMPI certified and handles everything to do with property: figures, areas, the transaction, and the questions that need an actual answer rather than an opinion. He works with an English-speaking in-house lawyer at Fabris Corp, and on a purchase here that lawyer is involved from early on rather than at the end.

Charlotte is a real estate agent with the firm. She shows homes, sets up appointments, runs the open houses, makes the videos of properties for sale, and talks people through the houses themselves. She is the one out with people working through where to be, which is the part that comes first.

If your question is about the market or about a transaction, it is Doug's. Everything else, either of them.

What happens next

Somebody gets back to you.

There is no sequence of emails behind this form and nobody will ring you repeatedly. If you want to take a year to think about it, take a year. Plenty of people do, and the ones who come back having rented a season first are the easiest to help.
